Right
of information act 2005
It was notified in the
gadget of India on 21 June 2005 RTI act 2005 come into force on
12-10-2005.Under this act all citizens shall have the right to information
subject to the provisions of the Act.
Objectives
of RTI Act.
- To provide right to
information citizens of India to access information under central of
public authorises.
- Promote transparency
and accountability in the working of every public authority and stop
corruptions.
- Government accountable
to the governed.
- RTI act 2005 covers
Central state and local governments.
Senior Associate professor Smt. Savitri Singh is working as SPIO in the
College for providing the information to the applicants time limit for disposal
of request.
