Two Days Case Study and Research Conference

Dr. Ritu, Assistant Professor of Commerce, Sir Chhotu Ram Government College for Women, Sampla, presented two case studies in Two Days Case Study and Research Conference at IIM Nagpur. She also participated in a one-day workshop on "Case Writing" where the effectiveness of case study teaching was highlighted. The workshop emphasized how case studies enhance students' understanding of real-life situations and develop decision-making skills, equipping them with practical knowledge and analytical abilities for professional challenges. Principal, Dr. Santosh Hooda admired her contribution in new pedagogy of teaching and encouraged her to use these innovative teaching approaches.
