🌍 HIV/AIDS Awareness Programme 🌍
The Red Ribbon Club (RRC) of our college organised an enlightening HIV/AIDS Awareness Programme on 3rd September, 2025 to educate students about health, responsibility, and compassion.
The speakers Dr. Padma Dalal, Dr. Ritu delivered a highly engaging lecture on the causes, prevention, and myths related to HIV/AIDS. They also emphasised the importance of TeachAIDS digital modules and informed students about the National AIDS Toll-Free Helpline 1097, available 24×7 for counselling and support.
To make the session more impactful, a motivational movie on AIDS awareness was screened, leaving a deep impression on the students. The programme not only spread knowledge but also encouraged youth to become change-makers in society by fighting stigma and promoting compassion.
The event concluded with an enthusiastic interaction session, where students pledged to spread awareness beyond the classroom.
